Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident trying GrowthCoreTools. Here's exactly how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trials
CRM Pro, CRM Premium, SnapLog, and Coach Ace include a 7-day free trial. We collect your card at signup but you are not charged until day 8. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
We send a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends so you have time to decide.
Cancel anytime
There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel directly from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a paid monthly subscription, request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per product per customer.
Upgrades, downgrades & prorations
Switching between Pro and Premium is prorated automatically — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect immediately and unused time is credited toward your next invoice.
Listing IQ (pay-as-you-go)
Listing IQ is billed per photo at the time of upload. Because results are delivered instantly, completed Listing IQ runs are non-refundable. If a run fails on our side, we will refund or re-run it at no cost — just contact us.
One-time setup fees
The CRM Premium $500 setup fee covers custom website configuration, template selection, and IDX onboarding work performed by our team. Setup fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as build work has not yet started.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@growthcoretools.com from the email address on your account, or contact us. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Accounts with active chargebacks may be paused until the dispute is closed.
